great home fitness system

I am very pleased with the Inspire M3. I was looking for a system that I could "grow into" and that had some functional training capability. This gym fills those requirements. The 210lb stack means that, for me, it will be a while before I come close to the maximum weight capacity (i'm currently running just 80 lbs for many of the exercises). There appears to be a mechanical advantage factor in the unit so that, depending on the exercise the effective load is higher that what it says on the stack. The unit offers the ability to exercise your arms independently so no favoring the strong arm. The functional capability, as outlined on the chart focuses on the high station but you can use the mid or low station as well. This gives 3 heights which are plenty. In addition,you can add a little variety by getting the optional stick or rope "handles'. This adds flexibility to the functional workout. I'm really enjoying the unit. It is smooth and very nice looking. Very sturdy and stable. Lots of adjustability as well. Cushions are frim and comfortable. Comes in lots of colors so you can mix and match the cushion colors and shroud colors.

M3 inspire/w leg press

I will keep my 5 star rating simple. All around great workout machine. Definitely can feel the difference in my muscles after a workout. Feels like a real gym workout without the company.. I have had this machine for about two months .Still discovering new ways to workout on this piece of equipment.

try it before you buy it

Pros: Great looking machine. Very unique individual press system so each arm works individually. The leg extension and leg curl work great. The padding is very thick and supportive. The movements are smooth. Customer service has been good about scheduling repairs. Cons: No seat height adjustment so 5'9" and beyond might find the press a little awkward. Cables started to stretch and warp after only a month of light use. The bearing in one of the main arms was defective. Unsure able long term reliability but customer service has been good.
